Includes screening for merit and written opinion. Certification of Merit as required. Most cases can be evaluated for this fee. Includes 5 hours of work. If additional hours are needed you will be notified ASAP.

 Advanced Case Review

Includes Basic Review. Complex cases, those with voluminous medical records and cases being prepared for trial often require in depth medical record analysis. Includes comprehensive, bound report with timelines, chronologies, causation charts and our step by step, cross referenced evaluation of every pertinent medical record entry, laboratory value, diagnostic test, and lack thereof. Medical record is analyzed for alterations and missing entries. Frequently additional parties, case theories and hidden evidence are identified. Medical research and standard of care supporting evidence is included. No stone unturned.  Includes 10 hours.

I will attend depositions, Independent Medical Examinations, autopsies, and trial as needed. Also assist in discovery, work with parties, experts and witnesses, assist in preparation for depositions and expert testimony, preparation of demonstrative evidence and any other case and trial preparation as requested.

Expert Witness Testimony at Trial.............$$250.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum.
